All items are custom-made to order and built by hand. Due to the time and craftsmanship involved, orders are typically final sale.

However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The item is unused and in resaleable condition
• Return shipping is at your expense
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
