When Will My Watch Arrive?
Your watch takes about 2–3 weeks to build, then ships express with tracking. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination. We cover the shipping fee and duties.
What Happens After The Warranty Ends?
We’re still here to help with repairs, tune-ups and replacement parts after your two-year warranty. Contact us to discuss the work and any costs before proceeding.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Choose the custom-logo option and upload your file. PNG, JPG and WebP files appear in the preview. Other file types can be attached for production review, subject to upload limits.
What if my logo has a white background?
Use Remove white background to clean up the preview. It does not need to be perfect: we’ll refine the details and send you a dial mockup for approval before printing.
Can I change the colour and position?
Yes. Move, resize and rotate your logo on the dial. Use the colour controls to apply one colour to the whole logo, or keep its original colours.
How do I know the parts work together?
The configurator shows compatible choices as you build. If a selection affects another part, the builder adjusts the available options and updates your preview.
How do group discounts work?
Order 2–4 items for 10% off, 5–9 for 15%, 10–19 for 20%, 20–29 for 25%, or 30 or more for 30%. Eligible discounts apply automatically at checkout. A better eligible promotion may apply instead.
Can I return my watch?
We offer 30-day returns. Please review the store’s return policy for eligibility, conditions and exclusions before ordering a personalized watch.
